Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Hisense account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

    Print Shipping Label

    Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include inside the box.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and manuals included, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technicians inspect the unit for any physical damage, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
